Reporting on hazardous conditions and reporting of undesirable incidents is very important and contributes to a safer and better working environment!
Rewarding personnel
Aker Solutions rewards personnel who help avoid potentially dangerous conditions. In September there were two employees in StS who got 1 and 2 places!
We congratulate!
First place went to Bartosz Jerys. He has been employed by StS for 4 years and works as a scaffolding fitter. He has worked on the project since February and then from June on the Castberg project. Prior to this, he has been on the Njord project and the Hywind project for Aker Solutions.
Second place went to Johan R. Aronsen who has been employed by StS for 5 years. He works as a flagman and has been on the Johan Castberg project since April. Before that, he has been on the Njord project and on the Johan Sverdrup project.
