StS-ISONOR has started a new pipe and tank department and developed a collaboration with manufacturers of new technology in coating and spraying equipment.
The system is cost-effective due to it`s fast execution and short curing time.
This system is well suited for new buildings and maintenance.
Spray in place pipe (SIPP)
A new concept of CIPP that uses a robotic application method to apply epoxy/polyurea coating lining of different thicknesses.
SIPP is applied as a coating to the inside of damaged pipes to repair and prevent deterioration. Liner is applied with a robotic sprayer from 1 to 3 mm in one application.
Cured in place pipe (CIPP)
This technology was introduced about 60 years ago and has been widely used in No-Dig.
A polymer-impregnated textile liner that is inverted inside/out at the end of the pipe section and shaped into place to the existing pipe using hot air/steam or hot water.
Specializing in internal pipeline protection for open and closed drains, drinking water, living quarters, oil, gas, etc.
SIPP rig, winch, pump and heated tanks In a new design
The MSR100M unit is a fully electric unit for SIPP – pipeline unit that can be used inside living quarters where space is limited and fits in most elevators. Excellent for open drain in general.
For use on small and shorter pipes, typically from 70 mm (3") to 400 mm (12") in diameter and up to a maximum of 50 meters in length. The device sprays an accurate and uniform liner on the inside of the pipes. Everything is electrically powered except for a small compressor for the spray head (if used to line pipes). The unit can also be used for manual spraying by fitting a spray gun.
Casting Top – Hat on flanges above the sealing surface
A top hat is a textile felt that is impregnated with epoxy that is placed over the flange surface. By using a cast flange that is mounted with clamps, we get the casting of the grooves in the flange surface/sealing surface. Curing with heat (30-50°C), the top hat will be molded into the existing surface, creating a completely new flange surface.
The new flange face will have a thickness of 2 mm after curing. The curing process takes about 3 hours. If the flange surface is badly damaged, we can repair pits and bumps with a thickened epoxy mixture before applying Top-Hat for a perfect result.
External repair of pipes and tank
StS-ISONOR has entered an exclusive collaboration with 3X ENGINEERING, a pioneering company specializing in the repair of tanks and pipelines using composite technology. We define the design criteria, design, production and installation of innovative repair solutions. This provides our customers with an integrated service experience. The repairs can be temporary or permanent, depending on what the customers want.
